A Little Bit About Me

I am true to my Mi-Ki breed and at 4 pounds I don't really know how small I am and my Mom says I'm the sweetest little girl who brightens her every day.  I was born August 11,2016. I love to snuggle, learn new feats, play fetch, go shopping, visit friends, travel by land and air, and of course take naps.  I'm intrigued with TV, I can't help get excited when I see other animals on the screen but can't figure out why they won't play with me.  I enjoy meeting new people and although mom is cautious with me being around other dogs I am not afraid and can get along with any size dog as long as they aren't too rambunctious.

WHAT IS A MI-KI (pronounced Mee-Kee)

The Mi-Ki is a purebred that shares its ancenstry with the Maltese, Papillion, and Japanese Chin, it has a look and a personality that is completely its own. The Mi-Ki dog is a very social breed and highly adaptable to a variety of living situations, intelligent, easily trained and loves to be around people and are good with strangers as well as children.

ABOUT

MI-KI BASICS:

Having only been developed in the 1980s, the Mi-Ki breed is still considered to be fairly new and it is still quite rare as well. If you are looking for a small-breed dog that exhibits a high level of intelligence while still being calm and affectionate, the Mi-Ki Dog may be a good option for you. The Mi-Ki Dog is even-tempered which makes it a great choice for a therapy dog known for anticipating the emotional needs of their owners and it is not aggressive with or intimidated by other dogs. As is true with all dogs, socialization is important from a young age but the Mi-Ki Dog is unlikely to develop problems with people or other pets. Though small and cute, the Mi-Ki is alert, friendly and full of personality. Around the home it is gentle, loving and affectionate. The Mi-Ki is also known for being a polite and gracious host when friends come over to visit. However, it also has a protective side: This quiet and calm canine can really bark when it senses a threat. The Mi-Ki can live as long as 16 years with relatively few genetic health problems.
